In a slightly deserted area, a certain amount of demented teens and kids are sent to sunny side asylum, the one place you don't want to be sent. This is for the "special" insane peaple, ones who will probably never be ridden of they're insanity.

1: No cellphones
2: There is no bye rent connection for the allowed iPods and music players

Personality:She acts insane most of the time (for example, Luna+gun=room full of dead people) , however Luna is actually smart. She has control over herself, but prefers power (her insanity) over knowledge.
Looks:
History(why you're here also): Luna was never really normal. She is here because despite having control, she is ABSOLUTELY INSANE. Never make her angry, Luna taught herself with weaponary since she was young, and is always armed.
Other?:The photo is actually Wrath from Fullmetal Alchemist, but I thought Wrath would be a good look.

Personlity: Amber is a normal child at first glance but her obsessions with fire and blades is over the top. She also has a candy addiction but that's not as bad as her addiction to fireworks and such. Other thn that she's a normal teenage girl
Looks:
History: she was first introduced to fire at age six when she burned her hand, but the fire didn't seem to pain her. She continued to play with fire till she had to bring a pack of matches or lighter with her everywhere she went or she'd go insane. Then one days he basically lite er school on fire.
Other?: she has scissors in her backpack, along with matches, sparklers, candy, and her ipod(including headphones, jigsaw case, and charger))

Unless if Luna is like "LOL MURDER TIME IS FUN TIME! *kills everyone but the people going in*" Lol, but she probably will kill someone before her weapons are taken away.
