Seized was feeling he needed something more serious than the Mini RP. So I'm making this for him, right now.
This is much like the Mini RP, however with a much more serious feel, less humor, nearly unstoppable characters, and absolutely zero tolerance for meta gaming.
The setting is in the real world, with locations added, (EX:Templar facilities, assassin bases, Etc.)
Rules:
1:All characters must be fairly balanced. No invincibility, pure power, and basically a perfect character.
2:You can not dodge everything, bullets are especially a big thing, you can't even technically hear a shot until after it hits you. However you can dodge blade swings, and spells. You can also block bullets too, if you have a shield or something.
3:No killing off characters without permission of the other Roleplayer
4:Zero metagaming for the sake of all of us.
5:Put "Dark Templar is the greatest" If you read all this in other.
6:Two characters aloud per person. Non permanent characters are allowed for use, so long as they aren't always there. (Chazz, and Scout are prime examples, along with Happy Tree Town residents also are examples)
7:No unstoppable weapons (Godly sword, guns, etc)
8:No killing NPC's without any good reason

Personality:Violent, rather aggressive to anyone he doesn't like, or soldiers. Somewhat kind though, he can show some compassion (Such as when he saved a line of civilians, going against orders) He tends to make the moral decisions, unless drunk, no one really can sum up what goes on when he's drunk. He's pretty used to waking up to police officers pointing guns at him, and a bad hangover.

Current clothing he wears commonly: A black trench coat, bearing the hammer and sickle, from the time he served as a spetznaz. A pair of black combat boots. His set of Spetznaz dogtags. Black jeans, or blue jeans, whatever he can find usually. Other than that he may wear dress attire like suits and occasionally a cloak or hood if he needs to hide from people.
History:A young soldier of of the Red Army, and a member of the Templar order(Note there are two, on relating to the safety of earth from Demons, and the one from Assassins Creed. He's with the one against demons.) He was trained as a sniper, able to hold up to interrogation if captured, and is actually missing half of his body. now he is a cyborg, due to the assistance of Doctor Richtofen, both his leg, arm, part of his back, and half of his chest are completely robotic on his right side. Made of Steel, and other metals.
Other:Currently in possession of a magically imbued Templar cross, used after a month(In roleplay time) to escape a universe that is transported to.
