Sci-Fi Role Play Revamp

“Ma’am the one of the vessel’s requests a chat. I think it is from the ship turning it’s back towards the out numbering fleet… Are they allied?” the computer analyst said.
“Put them on screen please,” Viola said. She was sitting in her chair looking upon the screen infront of her. There the Elite’s face appeared. She slapped the mute button on her comms to talk to Keller quickly. “That guy isn’t pretty looking. I was hoping for a more handsome enemy.” She said whispering back at him.
She unmuted her comms and stared at the creature on her display, “Hello, Do you speak english?” she asked rather slowly pronouncing each syllable as if talking to a mentally challenged person.

"He is a rather ugly son of a bitch. His mouth sorta reminds me of a sarlac pit." Keller replied while the comm was still muted, however he still shouldered his rifle. He expected the enemy to attack the ship, and board it to take anything of value from the area. How much a pain in the ass that would be, after all the ship was nine kilometers long, and gods knew how tall.

"Humans..." Voras said surprised. He looked at the two odd looking Humans, odd because they weren't dressed like any of the others he's seen. They were still Human's, and still deserved death on the Prophets orders. They were heretics... "Your race may be clever, but that new vessel will do nothing to stop us from glassing your homes and laying waste to your fleets! Your destruction has only strengthen our mighty Covenant! For your destruction is the will of the gods! And we, we are their instruments!" He clenched his fist before cutting off transmission. "Cruisers, disable both frigates, leave them adrift. Then disable the Human Flagship, we shall bored it and take down more worlds to cleanse of their heresy!" His crew let out a roar of approval. "Open fire!" He commanded! On the viewscreen the energy projector fired of purple white plasma stream forward from the bow. The energy projector was the most powerful weapon in the Covenant fleet, able to take the shields down and damage another Covenant ship, and able to gut the largest UNSC ship in a single shot. Fired at a fraction of the speed of light, it would reach its target near instantly, and was a favorite of Ship Masters when glassing a planet. Voras waited the fraction of a second for the impact he thought would gut the ship, and was shocked to see shields.

There is nothing but open space, until a large distorted shimmer passes by before engines can be seen powering up. Still Camo'd the ship blasts off, Sythe sits in a large black chair made from human skulls and Xenomorph Carcasses, with a Queen head as the back. The ship shutters, then Scythe opens a display in time to see a plasma blast hit the shields of another ship in the distance.

They established a link again with the covenant ship, “Is that the best you got? A single plasma blast? I am not sure what humans you have faced but I can tell you one thing, I am far from a human at this point. I lost my Humanity over 100 years ago.” She said leaning back in her command chair. She looked over the screen as if talking to someone else, “Prepare the triple deck guns for firing on my mark.” She said to the bridge crew. From Vora’s view, he saw two rectangular shaped tri barreled deck guns shift and adjust on his position. “ready yourself Fleetmaster, Fire the Particle accelerator canons!”
The gun glowed purple absorbing energy and charging, after the 3 second delay, they fired 6 beams of purple blue glowing light at the Covenant cruiser. She leaned forward in her chair looking at her Electronic warfare specialist, an alien with over 20 tentacles tapping away at 4 keyboards in front of 8 screens. He has numerous eyes and wore a cloak over himself. “How long till you can get into this SOB’s electronics and shut his shields down? I’d enjoy to punch a hole through that thing with my guns if not, I’ll have to use the super gravity canon at the bow, and that is not an option for us right now.” He continued tapping away turning his head a full 180 to look at her, “I don’t know Ma’am, this ship is unfamiliar to me. I don’t think I’ll his ship in our hands for atleast another hour. It’s a strange strange system, with emblems I don’t even know.”
She fell back in seat awaiting to see if Voras would want to chat once more.

Keller slipped his helmet back one once more, having picked it up after the fight earlier. "Shall I join the rest of your forces in my fighter. Or shall I remain here?" Keller asked, as he hung his rifle across his chest, using the two point sling he had come to use for months.

She looked back at Keller, "I trust you are worthy pilot and a skilled one at that, How about you take command of my most elite Pilots." She handed him a very thin device no bigger than a 21st century cell phone. "Follow that, it will guide you back to your fighter. awaiting you will be a squadron of 20 fighters. The rest will remain under the same commanders and will assist your flanks. hows that sound?"

"I can't believe you're going to trust a drunk clone to fly. Have it your way though." Keller teased as he took the device, and began to follow the path it set out. It didn't take him long at the running pace he set for himself to make it to the hanger. Surprisingly he found the pilots Viola had mentioned, along with his own ship. "Well then, ought to be fun. I need two extra men to help operate this ship." As he spoke the two fell line like he asked.

It took him a few minutes to get everyone together, however soon Keller was taking off from the ship, loaded with six torpedoes on his fighter for bombing runs. "Viola, your orders for us. We have several capable bombers, and multiple fighters. All I require is that you get their shields long enough so our weapons can be somewhat effective. Unless you locate their power source."

Scythe watching the massive ships firing at one another, stood up from his "throne" of trophies, and walked towards the back of the ship. He enters a medium sized circular room with a glowing sphere surround by spinning plates of metal covered with Predator markings. He spoke to himself, "Just incase" then placed his hand on a pedestal. The sphere glowed shortly before being encased in metal plates. "If I am spotted this should give me enough time to evacuate." Then a light camod plasma shield forms around the ship. Scythe then returned to the bridge and grabbed three wires and plugged them into his gauntlet. He sat down once more, and removed his mask placing it beside him. "Whatever these beings are I intend to get to know them."

"The Doubt and Sins have lost their shields!" An officer reported.
"Do not worry, our shields can take what theirs couldn't." Voras replied. "Present our dorsal structure to these vermin, bring us between the Humans and our defenseless Cruiser." The Assault Carrier moved its giant surface toward the Battleship, and presented itself flat to the enemy. It made a giant target, but Voras wasn't wanting to lose any ships today.

The Ship Master of the Rigorous Justice shot forward between a frigate and the port side of the Battleship, and put all shield power to its own port side. It quickly fired two plasma torpedo at the frigate to take down its shields. Once the torpedoes launched, the ship brought hundreds of its point defense lasers out of the organic looking hull along the starboard side. The turrets were stored in small armored ports along the hull, and popped out when they were actually used. When they weren't the hull retained its smooth, organic like surface. They held fire, but aimed mindlessly at the ship none the less.

"Fire all Plasma Torpedoes and the Dorsal Energy Projector! Bring those Humans to their knees!" Voras ordered. About thirty bolts of pure plasma shot out of the Song of Retribution and arched toward the Human battleship. The energy projector fired right after the torpedoes had left. "Sire, enemy fighters approaching!"
"Let them come, they can not pierce our shields. Our Pulse Lasers will destroy them." Voras replied calmly.

Keller watched the large Covenant ship started to charge up a rather large looking cannon, of some sort. "Men, focus all fire, and torpedoes on that that damn cannon. I want it knocked out for good." However as he spoke, he accelerated forward towards the ship, and began to open fire. However he didn't make it very far before part of his wing was taken off. "Well shit boys, were done.....say your prayers. We're all going to die anyways." Keller said as he took a sip from his flask, and put the ship into full acceleration. Hitting what the clone believed to be the main gun of the Covenant ship. With his extra torpedoes aboard, plus the entire fighter blowing up would inflict quite a bit of a damage.

"Fucking useless pirates!" Siegmeyer yelled from the hangar of his ship, as he pulled his blade from a mans corpse. "Get me a damn clean up crew, I want these bodies out of here now." He growled over his radio, before he pulled up a small holographic screen from his gauntlet.

"No Black Knight Casualties. Ammo spent, two thousand rounds. Damage to ship, none. Jumping to Phase Space now." Came a voice from his gauntlet, it was the A.I, Rei, that helped to run his ship alongside his crew. "We will replenish what we can at the next planet, advanced enough to produce ammunition."

"Sounds good, Rei." Siegmeyer commented as he made his way back to the bridge of his ship. Due to the length of his ship, it did take him a while, however soon enough he was sitting back in his captain's chair, wiping the blood of his sword. However within a few minutes he slipped away his blade, pleased to have it clean once more.

"Coming out of Phase Space, captain." Rei said throughout the bridge of the ship, several of the crew prepared to scan for planets that would deemed advanced enough to resupply the bit of ammo they had lost in the assault. "Warning, we have come out near a black hole. We can not change course in time, collision imminent." She came over once again, a red light filled the bridge, flashing every few seconds.

Siegmeyer sat and waited for the inevitable, watching as the ship made contact with the black hole, he had already turned on the active camouflage. Anticipating that there ship could exit damn anywhere. It was actually a lucky descion, due to the fact that when he arrived out of the black hole, he was in the middle of a combat zone. "Wait a second, is that Viola's ship under attack? It is!" Siegmeyer said with a more amused tone as he watched the battle. "Rei, set up a comm link with Viola, I want to make sure it's her before we make any hasty actions."

"Understood, setting up a direct comm link. Patching you through now, captain." Rei said once more, before she finished establishing the comm.

Siegmeyer looked at the screen projection, seeing Viola sitting in her Captain's chair, he gave a smile from under his helmet. However it was impossible to tell his emotion at this point. "Funny seeing you here, Priestess. I fancy you're getting your ship destroyed right about now?"

The covenant cruiser came between Freki and the Lamentation. The cruiser dished out heavy pounding to Freki and her shields were reaching critical. The ship rocked and shook but still didn’t give up. It’s guns at maximum fire power pounding away at the enemies shields. Viola, sitting in her chair, yelled up, “Prepare the broad sides! Engage the Energy blades!” She smirked, “they may have hurt Freki but that ship stands no chance to against my broad sides.” The deck guns on the Lament were powerful, but the broad side guns and hull mounted, vessel shredding blades were what made the Lament so terrifying. “Shift the shields!” she shouted.

The shields were manipulated, 200 percent power to the side under attack, and the bow, leaving the starboard side and the stern undefended. “Call all fighters back! Have them defend the ship!” The fighters came rushing back, after taking loses, to defend the exposed sections of the lament. Looking at the port side, a long strip of canons along the hall opened fire on the covenant ship. The Lamentation shook and shifted slightly from the immense power of the broad sides.

“Ma’am some is trying to make contact with us, the name…. Baundo tataeru.” The navigations officer stated.
“Oh… patch it through!” She sat there with the glass of blood in her hand, “Its been 90 years since I;ve last seen you… time and space are peculiar. Tell me Seigmeyer, what do you know of the Prophet and our High priestess? Are they alright?” It was odd that at this time she was wanting to converse in small talk to catch up with an old ally.

"Last I checked my dear, Viola, they were fine. Of course I'm usually more busy taking money to work for other groups, along with my soldiers. So I have not had time to go back to Kurkiara." Siegmeyer replied as he leaned back in his chair a bit, he pulled off his helmet finally, and set it in his lab. He looked up and gave a grin, causing a bit of the tattoo on his face to move. "Time and Space is a strange thing. I haven't seen you in a year or two. You disappeared not long after we finished up the rebellion." He gave an amused chuckle as he thought back to those days, those were always fun to remember. "Since I'm here, I don't plan on joining this fight, due to the fact this ship if only outfitted with mines, and EMP systems. However I think I'll just collect data on your opponent. Try not to lose quickly, I do like to gather data from a ship in combat, rather than one that is sitting still."

After finishing up with that, Rei shut down the comm link once more, leaving Siegmeyer and his crew to get to work. "I want those ships, the purple ones, communications hacked into. Do not sabotage them, just collect as much data as you can. If you can not understand the language, decipher it. I want to know who their fleet master is, I plan on killing him if he does end up boarding Viola's ship." As he spoke, Siegmeyer's crew immediately began working on the task. Siegmeyer put his helmet back on, he set it to transmit any data that was translated to English to him, so he could read it.

Scythe presses several buttons on his gauntlet, then removes the cords and walks to the back of the ship. He climbs into a small pod ship, activates the cloaking on it then takes off towards the Lament. From the mothership a message in predator was sent out to the Lament translating to a request for armed hand to hand combat with the leader of the ship.

"who wants to duel me in a time like this??" She cried out with sarcasm. "This utterly stupid." She grabbed her sword, "Send back to them that I have a hanger open for landing if they truely have the balls to fight a Vampire lord." The message was sent to back reading, "Hanger 5 on the starbord side was empty and perfect for our battle. I expect to see you there."

After the message was sent she informed Seigmeyer of the impending threat, "Seigmeyer, I hate to ask for your assistance but I can't fight a fleet and some one unknown at the same time! They will be in hanger 5, take out the son of bitch for me and I'll reward you handsomely." The last statement about his reward was highly sexualised in her tone of voice.

"Hmm, I just finished slaughtering some thieving pirates. However this sounds much more fun." Siegmeyer said, as he stood up from his chair. "Rei, continue operations here. I'm taking a single interceptor. I will return soon." He said, and with that he was gone from the bridge on the way to the hangar. The man had every single one of his weapons on him. Of course aside from the visible ones, he had a good deal of tricks up his sleeve.

It didn't take Siegmeyer too long to get into a ship, and leave, he made sure to turn on his active camouflage, to avoid being detected by the enemy ships. Arriving in hangar five as instructed to, he set the small fighter down, and exited the fighter, hopping down onto floor. He drew his sword for now, not being able to anticipate what he would be fighting. "Viola, I suggest you have a clean up crew on standby. Possibly maintenance. I'll try not to make a mess of your hangar, but I can't give you a promise on that."

The Carrier shook as something exploded along the outer hull, followed by the energy projector shutting down. "Report!" Voras shouted.
"A Human fighter rammed our energy projector, it needs repairs, Sire." An officer reported. A brave Human to ram my vessel, he must of known death a common thing. A rare occurrence to see a Human throw away their life as we would.
"Get the Hurogok to fix it, I want it up in 3 units." Voras continued to watch the screen with a steady calm. The Doubt and Sins moved out from behind the cover of the carrier, and moved back to engage the other frigate.

"We have lost our shields Ship Master!" An officer reported. "Fire all pulse lasers at the frigate's engine drives!" The Ship Master of the Rigorous Justice commanded. The pulse lasers all fired at once, though still faced a shielded target no doubt they would eventually break through. "We will not die this day brothers... Launch all Seraphs! Go for the Human Flagship's engines. Clear the way for our Fleet Master." The area between the Cruiser and Battleship suddenly swarmed with two of the fleets best squads of fighters. They broke off and ran close to the huge blade on the ship's side, before pulling up, right over the Bridge and started to engage the remains of Human fighter squadron.

"She wishes to ram me, how fitting." Voras said as he watched the vessel accelerate toward him. He flexed his mandibles in thought for a second. "Have the next volley of plasma fire at her frigate, then engage tracking systems to propel them into the flagship's side." He ordered calmly, as the vessel steadily grew nearer and nearer. "That won't work Fleet Master! I-"
"Make it work, or your corpse will stain this floor for years after your failure." Voras calmly replied.
"Yes, Fleet Master!"
Voras grunted a reply, and prepared to order the officer to fire at the right time. Just as it reached 2000km away the torpedoes fired, curving toward the ship in the way he had hoped. Now, if it works...

The Doubt and Sins fired its energy projector at the frigate that stood off the starboard side of the flagship, then followed up with firing 5 torpedoes after watching what happened with the other cruiser. It readied its pulse lasers as it drew itself closer and prepared to take out the engines of the small warship.

To a onlooker, the communications on the Covenant Battle Net were mostly garbled by the fighters and their engagement over the Human warship. But if one were to probe deeper, they would find encrypted orders between the warships. All in Sangheili, and only long term orders. Voras trusted his Commanders to handle themselves fine, and didn't need to micromanage his warriors. But if someone saw the long term orders, they would see the original deployment orders to the fleet after engaging. It would show the two Cruisers orders to engage the frigates and flank the larger vessel as the Carrier took time to distract the Human Battleship. If they were to dig further, they would find the orders to split the fleet. Even further and the orders to drop out of Slipspace. If they were to dig deep enough they would find the standing orders of the Prophet of Truth, regularly circulated between the ships via their primitive AIs. Slightly further, and the orders to move to Earth after finding an artifact. That, and the orders to exterminate the Human home world once they arrived.

Scythe receives the message and flys into hanger 5 as instructed, still cloaked. As he enters he sees a man standing in the hanger with his sword drawn. Clearly a human Scythe hadn't anticipated such a life form so far from Earth, none the less ready for worthy opponent. Scythe lands uncloaking his pod ship and stepping out to face this opponent. His arm blades extend and illuminate with spinning infused plasma.

"Hmm, arm blades. I take I should use my tanto's instead." Siegmeyer muttered as she slipped away his katana, and brought out the two shorter blades. He gave no bow, nothing, just simply charged forward at the predator. Of course before he got close, he immediately raised on his arms, and flames sprayed out of his right gauntlet. There was little chance the predator would be able to dodge, so it was likely the beast would be killed. "BURN YOU BASTARD, BURN LIKE THE SCUM YOU ARE, YOU SHOULD NEVER HAVE CHALLENGED ME!" He yelled proudly, while his tactics weren't all that honorable, he did come from being a pirate, and military background. So sometimes he liked to play just a bit dirty.

Scythe armor could endure Xenomorph acid, fire was nothing to it. Scythe spun taking the flames to his side, then turning back and from his shoulder his plasma caster extended targeting his opponents chest.

"Oh how fun, you're immune to flames." Siegmeyer said with a grin, as he ran forward once more at the Predator, giving him no chance to target him, he simply rammed each of the tanto's through either arm of the beast. Due to the chemicals coursing through Siegmeyer's suit he was a much stronger, and much faster than any human the predator would have ever fought. Taking hold of both his blades, he kicked forward, sending the predator off his blades, and most likely knocking the alien back a few feet. However he wouldn't know what the damage would be until he saw the beasts reactions.

Scythe stumbled backward before giving a groan. He removed his mask and gave a roar mandibles widened. He pulls his Combi-stick from his side and extends it charging at Siegmeyer.

Siegmeyer gave an amused grin as the predator went into a rage. He did a backwards flip, landing a few feet away. He slipped his two tantos away, and drew his katana once more. Taking it in both hands, he assume a defensive stance. When he go the chance, he would use his SMG to kill the beast. However in his mind, he was toying with the beast if anything, "Do you speak any language, or are you non-sentient? Just curious."

Siegmeyer’s hacker delivered the information to Viola and her bridge command. “I see,” She said. “Bring up the balanced shields! I want 100 percent all around! Starboard broad side at the ready. Gere redock to the Lamentation ASAP!” she got up from her chair and stood infront of the windows panes. “Oh yeah and lock down hanger 5, I want no one in or out. Seal the hanger doors.”

In the hanger where the Predator and Siegmeyer fought, the hanger blast doors all shut and locked them in. Meanwhile the vessel Freki was a lost cause. The ships shields were done for and it’s systems were slowly going. A section of the ship spewed sparks and brief flames from leaking oxygen. The interior was shaken and catastrophic, the captain of the vessel was not human. The species stood in the window of the bridge enough time for one of the covenant to notice before he burned in a massive fire ball that exploded the bridge.

“Ma’am Freki is lost! Gere is moving to redock now, she has lite damage. As for us, our shields are holding still. Guess it was a good choice to have the ship designed with 4 field generators huh?” an officer said. Lamentation held it’s ground awaiting, her fighters defending her key points such as the engines. “I want a strike team organized to obliterate that ships engines, I want to be able to slice that son of bitch’s dorsal section with our blades! The Gods tell me that we will prevail!”
